Our testing and application times are as follows:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM
When you come in to apply please bring the following items as they pertain to you:
PCA- Personal Care Aide (Original certificate from a Medicaid or VA Board of Nursing approved school must be presented at the time of application.)
CNA- Certified Nurse Aide (Original license from the State of Virginia must be presented at the time of application.)
2 Forms of ID
Professional License or Certificate
2 Professional or personal letters of reference
Results of a recent PPD screening
CPR card Location: Sutherland
