We have numerous job opportunities available NOW in Queens: College Point, Flushing NY. We currently have a need for bilingual speaking candidates. (i.e. Chinese, Korean and Spanish), however not required for candidates. These positions are throughout the 5 Boroughs - Full Time and Part Time for Assisted Living and Rehabilitation Centers. An added plus would be candidates with "SigmaCare" knowledge. All candidates MUST have at least 1 year experience, working in an LTAC environment. No new grads accepted, at this time
Requirements documents
1. NYS Professional license and registration
2. Resume
3. State ID or Driver's License
4. Work Eligibility Docs (US passport, US birth certificate, green card,
EAD)
5. SS card
6. Physical exam with immunization (MMRV) lab works and PPD - Must include
titers.
7. At least two reference letters
8. CPR
9. Malpractice Insurance
