Immediate Opening: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Type: Full Time/ Part Time/ On Call- All Shifts DAY/EVE/NOC
Location: Wynwood of Allenmore - 3615 South 23rd Street, Tacoma, WA 98405
The selected Certified Nursing Assistant will provide direct care to residents following an individual service plan, treat each resident with respect and dignity, recognize individual needs, and encourage independence. The ideal candidates will be goal focused; customer service oriented, and will enjoy making a commitment to meeting the needs of our older adults.
Responsibilities include but at not limited to:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.
You will serve meals to residents in the dining room or the apartment.
Recording and reporting a change in resident's eating habits to supervisor.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Must be willing to work some nights and some evenings
We seek the following qualifications:
Qualified candidates will possess a CNA license in good standing in WA state
Must have previous experience working with seniors
Minimum 1-2 years experience ideal
CPR/First Aid
Ability to obtain a Food Worker card
