Private duty home care agency seeks a Female CNA with home care experience to provide live in care for a female adult client in Evanston

Responsibilities

Companionship
Assist with activities of daily living
Meal preparation
Assist with transfers in and out of car for appointments
Accurate client note documentation
Requirements

MUST be able to assist with full transfer for client 150#+
Must submit to a criminal background check
Must be able to submit to a drug screening
At LEAST 2 years experience required
3 Professional References
Ability to meet physical requirements of position
Must have good written and verbal English language skills
C.N.A.'s must be certified in the state of Illinois
C.N.A.'s must be on the Illinois State Nurses Aide Registry
Must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
CPR Certified
Must be comfortable with Dogs
