Certified Home Health Aide
We are seeking Certified Home Health Aide's (HHA's) to complete home visits. Positions for Grand Rapid., Michigan area.
The Certified HHA is responsible for providing health care tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The Certified HHA provides assistance with personal care, housekeeping, and other related supportive tasks to patients needs on an intermittent basis in the patient's residence as established by the Registered Nurse. Assist with medications that are ordinarily self administered. Must be able to function independently and/or in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team. Individual must be able to communicate with the Supervising RN in a collaborative effort to assure the delivery of services.
This position will require travel on a daily basis.
Qualifications: Prefer 3 months experience. General use of the computer.
Skills: Critical thinking, coordination, assessment, communication, and documentation. The ability to read and write, understand and carry out directions, record messages and keep records. Excellent communication and rapport building skills with patients and families. Positive attitude and flexibility, essential.
Licenses or Certificates: Must have CNA License in Michigan. Current CPR card. Current Automobile insurance. Current Drivers License.

Compensation: $30.00 per visit (negotiable pending experience)
