Experienced CNA's are needed to work in local hospital settings. We currently have multiple part time opportunities in Des Moines. Minimum one year of recent experience, CNA certification (advanced) and BLS are required.
Compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (or nurse aide, orderlies, patient care technician, home health aide) is needed to provide assistance to patients with daily living tasks, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Responsibilities include:
• Giving patients important social and emotional support.
• Providing vital information on patient conditions to nurses.
• Be responsible for basic care services such as bathing, grooming and feeding, assisting nurses with medical equipment, and checking patient vital signs.
Qualifications include:
• Current, unencumbered state certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Minimum one (1) year of CNA experience required.
• Current CPR certification, based on state requirements.
• Reliable transportation.
