DESCRIPTION: This Certified Nursing Assistant provides routine nursing services in caring for patients in subacute, convalescence, and chronic care settings under the supervision of a registered nurse or medical doctor.
REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Certified Nursing Assistant reports to Professional Health Care Services, Inc. and when on a staffing assignment, to the designated supervising nurse.
FUNCTIONS: The scope of functions covers patients care as assigned and supervised by a registered nurse and/or medical doctor.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
 Currently certified in the State of Wisconsin
 Has CBRF training certificate
 Certified in CPR
 Carries through assignments
 Has current drivers license and a reliable vehicle
 Have current neg. TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
 Can learn new procedures as required
 Communicates with results Location: West Allis, WI
