• Starting wage is $9/HR for caregivers
• starting wage is $10/ HR for CNA’s
• Steady hours in a facility
• 8:1 ratio on days and eves
• Medical and Dental benifits after 90 days (over 32 hrs a week average)
• $1.00 hr shift differential on NOC
