CNA/CAREGIVER SPLIT SHIFT (WESTERN SUBURBS)

WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A CNA FOR IMMEDIATE OPENING - Split shift 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POSITION REQUIRES THE SAME CAREGIVER FOR BOTH THE MORNING AND EVENING SHIFT!!
PLEASE RESPOND ONLY IF YOU HAVE CNA CERTIFICATION AND ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE SHIFT LISTED.
YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
Pass fingerprint background screening
Valid driver's license
Valid automobile liability insurance
Social security card
Reliable transportation
Read, write and speak English
Cell phone
Access to personal e-mail on a daily basis
CNA Certification
