Hiring: Live-In Caregivers, Companions & C.N.A.'s (Near North Side & Midway Area)

Immediate position available for Live-In Caregivers:
1. Northside weekend Live-In assignment: Seeking an experienced Live-In caregiver or C.N.A to care for an elderly man in his home. The position is on the Northside near Devon & Pulaski, and is on the weekends from Saturday 8am-Monday 8am. The duties and responsibilities will include: Personal care, ambulation, ability to work in a team setting, ability to work with an Alzheimer's client, socialization skills, and a friendly personality. At Home Instead Senior Care, we provide in-home care & help ensure the quality of life for the Elderly & Disabled. Duties could include, but are not limited to: companionship, light house cleaning, meal planning/preparation, medication reminders, transportation (appointments/errands), engaging clients in activities (both inside & outside the home), and some personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, etc).
We have several openings on the Northside & Midway area of Chicago for Live-In's: PT/FT, 24-hour shifts, 1-5 consecutive days in the clients home. Positions are typically Mon-Fri or Fri-Mon. Benefits of Live-In are: decreased back & forth travel, all meals included, able to sleep at night, personal downtime and the ability to earn a week's pay in just a few short days.
No experience, certification or training is needed but is always welcomed & appreciated! Ideal positions for C.N.A.'s, HHA's, Companions, Students (Nursing & all other degrees), Homemakers & Retiree's. All candidates must be legal to work in the U.S., be able to successfully pass a criminal background and drug test and provide 6 references (3 business, 3 personal).
