Part time and full time shifts avaialable.
A little background information about this facility:...Eagle Rehabilitation at Camas is opening its new short term rehabilitation wing of 27 NEW private rooms within the next week, and currently undergoing remodel of its 56 LTC beds w/ Class-A finishes. Seeking experienced sub-acute experienced employees to join our team. Staffing, physical plant, food services, and management support will be unlike the majority of skilled nursing and rehabilitation operators, because Eagle Healthcare has listened to its staff and customers and developed a model/allocated resources to meet the future with necessary resources.
Projected in 2012, at a 75 census, Camas is scheduled to staff the following FTE's: (1) DON, (1) ADON, (1) SDC, (2.75) RCM's, (2) MDS coordinators, (2) Medical Records, (2) SW, (1) van driver, with LN and NAC staffing equally appropriate and generous. And here is where you will really know of the committment by Eagle Healthcare to quality: 8 hours per day, 365 days per year, Eagle Rehabilitation at Camas has allocated for orientation and training of staff.
As the new administrator at Camas, it would be difficult to overstate the enthusiam, and empowerment Eagle has provided this building.
