CNA - Providence
We are seeking a Female Certified Nurses Assistant to assist an elderly woman with Parkinson's in our home.
Times available to be determined depending on our need.
Ideal candidate to be available for some morning/ hygiene care (1.5 hours), Some evening care (1.0) hours
and a flexible schedule with possibility of more hours/ days and weekends as needed for above mentioned care and/or lunch, companionship, etc...
You must be certified in CPR, First Aid. You will be expected to provide current (within 30-days) and valid copies of all licensing and certifications including your BCI (at your expense)
These documents MUST be provide on or before your first day of employment should you be offered the job.
You must provide two supervisory references.
This is a very important role where promptness, consistency and respect are expected. An upbeat personality is a must!
Your role is to assist our grandmother with:

assisting her morning routine of shower (one per week) or sponge bathing (daily) assisting her with selecting her clothes and getting dressed assisting her with fixing, setting, curling her hair assisting her with some of her medications/ eye drops
assisting with exercising/ light P.T. assisting with walking/ walker - toileting Offering companionship and conversation.
Caregiver will be available and in house as needed. Hourly wage - negotiable. 1099 issued at end of year.
