We are an established private duty home health care agency seeking dedicated nursing assistants who want to make a difference in the lives of senior and handicapped persons. Northwest Healthcare, Inc., the leading provider of private duty home health in multiple SW Washinton Counties, is an established agency with a strong reputation for quality care for the past 11 years!
We have immediate opening for a Current CNA with Nurse Delegation and six months experience to work with a disabled gentleman in the White Salmon area, Fridays and Saturdays 8am-4pm. Position available immediately.
In order to qualify, you must be able to follow a written care plan, have excellent observation and communication skills, understand reporting requirements, know how to take vital signs, understand confidentiality, and know how to maintain a professional relationship with client. Our aides provide medical care under the direction and supervision of our RN Case Manager, assistance with ADL's, activities, cooking, and often transportation, and keep the management team aware of all that is going on in the care environment.
