Evening shift positions available. Hiring Bonus, Shift Differential & Revised Wage Scale
Provides daily personal, nursing care & services to support the individual plan of care for those needing skilled nursing care &/or rehabilitative care in a positive resident focused team oriented environment.

Essential functions: Supervise, assist, or provide ADL's such as:
• Dressing, application of splints, toileting , bathing, meals, snacks, hydration, AM & PM care, transfers
• Maintain a clean & safe resident environment
• Provide preventive skin care techniques
• Establish friendships with residents, staff, & families
• Recognize abnormal changes in resident's health & importance of reporting such changes to a supervisor
• Approach all residents in a kind, gentle, & friendly manner. Provide respect for the resident's dignity & privacy. Maintain confidentiality of all resident information.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED certificate preferred
• Must currently be certified through State of Nebraska as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Freedom from illegal use of drugs
• Anyone found guilty by a court of law of abusing, neglecting, or mistreating individuals in a health care setting are ineligible for employment
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand English as needed for the job Location: Milford, NE
Compensation: Based on Experience. Hiring bouns available.
